techUK is proud to announce the formalisation of its strategic partnership with the National Police Chiefs Council, Digital Data and Technology Coordination Committee (DDaT CC) and Science and Innovation Coordination Committee (SICC) with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Thursday 16 October 2025.
What is the purpose of the partnership?
The partnership aims to strengthen collaboration between DDaT CC, SICC, and the technology industry through regular engagement via working groups, events, and forums, including participation in techUK’s Justice and Emergency Services Management Committee. The MoU was suggested off the back of a Justice and Emergency Services Management Committee meeting in June 2025, when Tony Blaker, NPCC, presented the strategy to our members, who showed a strong interest to support its implementation.
