BUGCO Pest Control, in coordination with its Dallas, Texas, operations, has acquired Termite Technology & Pest Control in Sulpur Springs, Texas.
Termite Technology & Pest Control Founder James Pennington began in the industry as a young man by working for the pest control company down the street from his house in 1988.
“My love for the science of the industry led to my creation of Termite Technology & Pest Control on April 18, 1995,” Pennington explains in a news release. “We started with one man and one truck. Headquartered in Richmond, Texas, BUGCO Pest Control serves residential and commercial customers in multiple metro areas across the Lone Star State, including Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Galveston, Dallas-Fort Worth and cities around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, such as Sherman, Frisco, Rowlett, Denton, Lewisville, The Colony, Greenville, Terrell, Wills Point and Sulphur Springs, along with many more communities, cities and municipalities in North Texas.
