Top 100 kick off features leading execs

By the end of this week, we will have published our annual Top 100 rankings of the largest government contractors in the federal market.

To celebrate the release and to shine a bright light on the trends driving today’s market, we are hosting a virtual Top 100 Celebration that features leading executives talking strategy, workforce, technology and more.

John Griffin, vice president of federal channels and systems integrators at Dell Technologies, will unveil the top 10 on the Top 100. I’ll then give a brief overview of the entire rankings.

Our keynote is Stu Shea, president, CEO and chairman of Peraton. Over the span of four months, Peraton has acquired Northrop Grumman’s IT business and Perspecta. Peraton’s annual revenue has leaped $1 billion to $7 billion.

Shea will share how those megadeals came to be and what’s next. A massive integration effort is underway, so I’m sure we’ll be betting an update on that.

Following Shea, we have a panel of three executives who will talking about the strategies they see driving success in today’s market. We have Ira Entis, managing director, growth and strategy for Accenture Federal Services; Nyla Beth Gawel, senior vice president of corporate strategy for Science Applications International Corp; and Damon Griggs, CEO of Dovel Technologies.

Each of these executives have a different perspective on the market. They will share what has worked for their companies and what they see ahead that will drive success as well as challenges in the market.

Our final panel will look at technology trends and how they are reshaping the market. Sharing their insights are Sharon Hays, chief technology officer with LMI; Derrick Pledger, vice president of digital modernization at Leidos; and Glenn Kurowski, CTO for CACI International.

We’ll talk about today’s hot technologies but also what they are preparing for next. Of course, we’ll also talk about how these emerging technologies will line up with the challenges and missions faced by government customers.

This will be a live, virtual event and we will have time for some audience Q&A.
