Dalgona coffee, a beverage made by whipping equal parts instant coffee, hot water and sugar, became an Internet sensation during the COVID-19 pandemic. But coffee is not for everyone, especially kids.
That’s why Valentina Mussi, aka @sweetportfolio, developed a recipe for Whipped Strawberry Milk, which has been viewed 26 million times on TikTok. Valenti uses strawberry-flavored powder instead of coffee. The result is iced pink milk with a creamy, fluffy white top. A golden royal icing unicorn horn adds to the cuteness.
