St. Joseph’s Health announced the appointment of Corinne English to director, financial services: system controller. In this role, she will oversee and manage the finance department and be instrumental in all aspects of the organization’s accounting and financial reporting cycle.

She spent nearly 14 years as senior manager at Fust Charles Chambers LLP in Syracuse where she provided audit, accounting and advisory services to health care and nonprofit organizations and supervised and managed audit teams.
English earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from St. John Fisher College in Rochester. She is a Certified Public Account and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and LeadingAge New York.
St. Joseph’s Health is a regional non-profit health care system based in Syracuse founded in 1869 as the first hospital open to the public in the city of Syracuse.
