KIMBALL BOTTOMS (KFYR) – Rescue crews are searching for a 41-year-old man last seen in his kayak Saturday afternoon near Kimball Bottoms Recreational Area, according to the Burleigh County Sheriff’s Office.
Burleigh County deputies and Bismarck Fire and Rural Fire Departments were called to the area just after 3:30 p.m.
Emergency responders believe he’s still in the river at this time. Burleigh County Water Rescue is on scene searching for the man.
Police describe the missing person as a white man, 5′10″, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
