The Texas Department of Transportation has the westbound side of Interstate 30 closed just east of Greenville due to a possible fatal traffic collision. The crash appears to have happened at about 6:15 a.m. near Spur 302.
The closure led to a miles long backup and traffic being diverted into downtown Greenville, according to the Greenville Police Department.
