Superman & Lois Will See a Major Character Hit Their Breaking Point





A major character is about to hit their breaking point in the synopsis for the upcoming Superman & Lois episode “Holding the Wrench.”

Lois Lane is about to reach her breaking point, as detailed in the synopsis for the upcoming Superman & Lois episode, “Holding the Wrench,” which will be the eighth episode of the series’ first season.

The synopsis states that the Last Son of Krypton will encourage his wife “to reach out for help” after he notices that she’s about hit her aforementioned breaking point, though what causes it is not mentioned. Meanwhile, one of their sons, Jonathan Kent, winds up in “a dangerous situation.” Much like his mother’s problem, what that situation is and what Jonathan does to get himself into it is unknown. The episode is set to air June 1 on The CW.

REALITY – Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) encourages Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) to reach out for help after noticing her reaching a breaking point. Meanwhile, Jonathan (Jordan Elsass) finds himself in a dangerous situation. Lastly, Kyle (Erik Valdez) encourages Sarah (Inde Navarette) to audition for the musical revue at school. Alex Garfin, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Dylan Walsh and Wole Parks also star. (#108). The episode was directed by Norma Bailey and written by Kristi Korzec. Original airdate 6/1/2021.

Superman & Lois will return on May 18 with Episode 6, “Broken Trust”, originally titled “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” wherein Clark has a “terrifying” realization. The episode will air in place of Supergirl when it returns next week from a coronavirus-related hiatus. Viewers looking to catch up on the DC television series can watch TNT’s Superman & Lois marathon starting Saturday, May 15 from from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET/PT.
