At NYU Langone Health Home Care, we provide a range of specialized services and support that allow you to continue your care in the comfort and safety of your home while maintaining close communication with your doctor. Our skilled medical, nursing, rehabilitation, and social services providers are committed to treating each patient with dignity, respect, and culturally sensitive care.

Our services are available to adults and children in the five boroughs of New York City, and in Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island. Home health services can be arranged through a case management nurse as part of your discharge plan from any NYU Langone hospital or health-related facility. If you are at home, your physician can call us at 516-663-8015 to arrange for your in-home care consultation with a registered nurse. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private health insurance plans. We also offer a sliding scale fee program based on income as well as payment plans.
