A Johannesburg man accused of breaking the curfew and attempting to break into a shop has already had one charge withdrawn and the other not enrolled due to lack of evidence.

Cephas Sibanda works three different jobs – as a bartender, driver and delivering newspapers. Just after midnight on Saturday, he was pulled over by private security and arrested by police officers.

He was detained at the Sophiatown police station in Johannesburg.
