Vladimir Lenin said, “There are decades where nothing happens and there are weeks where decades happen.” For the past 50+ weeks of the pandemic, a lot has happened in the application of technology to the management and delivery of health and human services. The result? The expectations of consumers, the expectations of payers, and price points for services have changed. The big takeaway for executives of health and human service organizations?
