Albemarle Regional Health Services and its county partners have announced the schedule for drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination clinics for this week.

ARHS is compiling a wait list for ALL individuals in our eight-county region who still need their COVID-19 vaccine.

However, please keep in mind that our clinics are open to all residents and we are experiencing very low wait times, so we encourage you to attend these clinics. Vaccine is available and we want to get it to those who want and need it.

If you or someone you know still needs to receive your vaccine please take a moment to fill out your contact information in the link provided so we can contact you when it is your turn to receive the vaccine.

If you previously signed up using a different survey or link and have not received your vaccine please fill out your contact information again.

You may also call your local health department for clinic dates and times.

We are asking that only individuals who live in the ARHS region attend first dose clinics. Individuals who do not meet this requirement will be asked to leave and instructed to contact their local health department for vaccine information.

“We encourage ALL of our residents ready to get vaccinated to either attend one of the clinics next week or use the wait list above to register to receive additional information on clinics and vaccine availability,” said ARHS Health Director R. Battle Betts, Jr. “Vaccine
supply has certainly increased and will continue to do so. Vaccines have played an important part in public health for decades and we are already beginning to see the positive impact of this vaccine with not only a decrease in severe illness and hospitalizations, but cases overall.”
