Holly Madison and Zak Bagans have reportedly broken up.
The former Playboy model ended things with Bagans a few weeks ago, TMZ reported on Thursday.
A source told the website that the pair of nearly two years split on good terms and remain friends.
Neither Madison nor Bagans have publicly confirmed the breakup. Their did not immediately respond to our requests for comment.
Madison, 41, and the “Ghost Adventures” host, 43, met at Bagans’ Haunted Museum in Las Vegas back in May 2019, TMZ reported.
Prior to their relationship, Madison was married to Pasquale Rotella for four years but he filed for divorce August 2018.
She and Rotella had their first child, daughter Rainbow Aurora, in March 2013. Six months later, Rotella and Madison got married at Disneyland. They welcomed their second child, a boy named Forest, in August 2016.
Madison famously dated Hugh Hefner for several years while appearing on “The Girls Next Door” from 2005 to 2009 with him and his other girlfriends. They broke up in 2008.
