RICHMOND, Va. — Interstate 95 in Richmond at the Hermitage Road overpass has reopened after a utility break closed all lanes of the interstate Saturday night.
Northbound traffic was being diverted to Exit 79 (I-64) and southbound traffic is being diverted to Exit 82 (Chamberlayne Avenue) as of about 10:30, officials said.
Additionally, I-64 east was closed at mile marker 187 because of the break.
“Use alternate routes until further notice and expect delays,” officials warned.
All lanes had reopened by about 11:10 p.m.
