Starting with the weather and there is going to be persistent heavy rain associated with Storm Christoph. Here is the full forecast for Wales;

Heavy or torrential rain continues through the morning, with a continued flood risk. The best of any drier interludes in the afternoon. Mild, but possibly wintry showers later in the north as temperatures drop. Windy and risks of coastal gales. Maximum temperature 12 °C.

Tonight, further heavy rain sweeps across the country, clearing by late evening. Showers, possibly wintry, and clearer conditions to follow. Winds remain strong and risk of gales in exposed areas. Minimum temperature 3 °C.
