Burglary: Bounty Way

On Jan. 9, officers responded to a residential alarm. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the rear sliding glass door had been broken. After clearing the residence, they spoke with the neighbor, who had contact information for the homeowner. The resident asked officers to check for his gun, but it had been stolen.

Stolen vehicle: Rebecca Lane

On Jan. 7 around 3:15 a.m., police initiated a traffic stop on two suspicious vehicles on Rebecca Lane, but the suspects fled the scene. Police were able to run a license plate on one of the cars, which had been stolen. Several cars have been reported stolen from the area.

Breaking and entering: Avon Belden Road

On Dec. 30, a restaurant reported someone had entered the building overnight with a key and stole money.

Criminal damaging: Somerset Lane

Police were dispatched to an apartment complex in reference to an intoxicated man pulling on car door handles in the lot on Jan. 2. The suspect, who was highly intoxicated, was identified and arrested. He was transported to the hospital after making suicidal comments during the booking process. He was charged with criminal damaging, consumption in a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct.

Theft: Lear Road

A woman reported her wallet was stolen from a locker at work on Jan. 10.
