New Lenox Community Park District officials hope to break ground this spring on an outdoor fitness court near the Village Commons and have it completed for use by summer. The outdoor court, designed by the National Fitness Campaign and costing $165,000, would be a one-of-a-kind offering in the Lincoln-Way area, said Becky Tilton, recreation supervisor for the New Lenox Park District.
