EAST VILLAGE, Manhattan — A water main break snarled traffic in Manhattan Wednesday evening, according to officials.
The New York City Office of Emergency Management said to expect emergency personnel and traffic delays near East Seventh Street and First Avenue due to the issue.
It happened just before 8:30 p.m., according to the FDNY. First responders were dispatched to the scene.
