Tessa and Dan Sullivan, owners of SOLO Golf, had a particular vision when designing this up and coming golf brand. SOLO is designed in New England, made in America, with the mission to break the mold of the golf uniform.
Dan started designing SOLO in 2017, following the birth of his son. With an itch to break the typical boundaries in golf fashion, the company released its first pieces in October 2019. In a little over a year, the company is growing online. The Sullivans have opened a retail shop and are immersing themselves with some partners in order to continue to grow the brand.
This year, the duo decided that Tessa would run the company full time.
“Tessa is an amazing business person. She knows how to run our supply chain, manage both a growing online business retail shop with four employees, and understands the keys for SOLO to remain core to our values,” said Dan.
The SOLO Hooded vest is a staple to the company and will continue to be in new variations as the company advances. This technical vest features a three-layer fabric that is water repellent, wind resistant and moisture wicking. This fabric also features a micro fleece liner that is perfect for cooler days and nights. The vest features a back utility pocket and zippered side pockets allowing for versatility and easy movement.

The SOLO Henley is another one of the brand’s favorites. The heightened band collar creates a structured proper but casual look. SOLO’s Henley’s are made of Lyocell, a sustainable fabric that is extremely soft and has inherent moisture wicking properties. They finished the piece with traditional features on the wrist and hem elevating this to a proper business casual shirt.
A blend between off the course comfort and on-course style, SOLO’s long sleeve band collar shirt is destined to become a fan favorite to those who seek fashion and function. SOLO’S band collar shirt is made of the same Lyocell fabric combined with organic cotton and spandex. This soft, flexible shirt maintains inherent details of traditional men’s shirting elevating it to a piece that can be worn essentially anywhere.
