An arrest has been made in connection with a March break-in at the Harrison Junior High School where sinks and drinking fountains were ripped from the walls and every window in the door of each classroom in the new area of the facility was broken. The damage was estimated at $8,000.

According to the probable cause affidavit, Harrison police have arrested 19-year-old Saige E. Keys. He has been charged with felony counts of breaking or entering and criminal mischief.

A review of the school’s security camera shows five subjects going throughout the school vandalizing the property. From the video, one of the subjects was identified as a student of the school district. When other members of the police department reviewed the video, an officer recognized Keys from his arrest for theft of property the day after the school break-in.

A review of Keys’ booking photo from the Harrison Police Department shows the Harrison teen wearing an orange shirt, just as he did in the security video at the school.

“No bond” was listed on Keys’ online court documents.
