Blotter: Mooresville man charged with break-in, assault of homeowners - Salisbury Post

SALISBURY – Jordan McKay Fritz, 20, of Salisbury, was charged Friday with felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle, felony larceny of a firearm and misdemeanor larceny after allegedly breaking into seven cars between May 31 and June 1.

Fritz allegedly stole a number of items, including $2,100 worth of goods from a truck which contained a diamond ring, a wrench set and a watch.

Fritz also allegedly stole a Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun with a laser attachment from another vehicle.

In another incident, Michael Todd Foster, 26, of Salisbury, was charged Thursday with two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule II controlled substance, felony trafficking opium or heroin, misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Foster was allegedly found in possession of 3.7 grams of methamphetamine, 12.8 grams of heroin, marijuana, a pipe and grinder.

In other crime reports:

  • Billieann Blaney, 28, of Salisbury, was charged Sunday with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute heroin, felony possession of heroin, felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of a schedule I substance, misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule IV substance and misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI substance. Blaney was allegedly found in possession of 13 grams of heroin, Xanax, psilocybin mushrooms and the other drugs described in the charges.
  • Maegan Michele Severt, 28, of Kannapolis, was charged Friday with felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Randy Michelle Pearson, 37, of Rockwell, was charged with felony possession of a stolen firearm on Saturday. The warrant for Pearson’s arrest describes the weapon as a small black Ruger handgun.
