SERA? SERA: WITH ALL THE RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE AND SCHOOLS THAT WERE CLOSED, MANY PEOPLE HAVE TURNED TO THE OUTDOOR FOR KOREA — EXERCISE, RECREATION. A NEW REPORT SHOWS THE NATURE VISITS ARE BREAKING RECORDS. THE STATE IS SEEING A 99% OVERALL INCREASE TO PARKS AND OTHER OUTDOOR SPOTS. THE NUMBERS ARE EVEN MORE STRIKING WHEN YOU LOOK AT EACH COUNTY. FOR EXAMPLE, BARNSTABLE COUNTY WITH ALL THE BEACHES AND PARKS, A 323% INCREASE. INDEX SIX CO., A MORE THAN 200% INCREASE — IN ESSEX COUNTY, A MORE THAN 200% INCREASE. OFFICIALS ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO GET OUTSIDE FOR EXERCISE, RECREATION OR JUST FRESH AIR. THE SECRETARY OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS TOLD A NEW SERVICE THAT THE MEMBERS SHOW THE IMPORTANCE OF PRESERVING THOSE RESOURCES. AT THE SAME TIME, THE STATE IS ALSO TRYING TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE WHO IS ENJOYING THOSE PARKS AND BEACHES IMPLEMENT AND ARE ENCOURAGING THEM TO USE SAFE PRACTICES.
