Revolution in property sales progression technology launches today

A world-first service has been revealed that enables all the players in the sales progression process to see each other’s activities.

The technology, created by Coadjute, works in the background on many of the UK’s leading conveyancing and property software platforms including Dezrez, MRI Software, Reapit and Redbrick.

It connects all the activities on these platforms and therefore enables buyers, sellers, conveyancers and estate agents to see a property sale’s progress.

For agents, Coadjute says its technology will create a revolution in sales progression by eliminating the need for staff to chase all the players in a sale, and represent the process in a dashboard backed by bank-grade blockchain technology.

Sales progression

Many proptech companies have tried this before, but Coadjute says it is unique because it does not require agents to sign up to or pay for its service, or have a ‘second screen’ to use it.

Instead, its tech is to run in the background on many of the industry’s property software platforms.

“Because we’re using blockchain it’s all done in real time replication around the network – and isn’t reliant on human input,” says its CEO Dan Salmons (above).

“And as well as informing estate agents, it will hopefully prompt a new generation of consumer home moving apps.”

Richard Price (left), MD of the Dezrez Group, says: “This initiative will help our clients to accelerate the home buying journey for their buyers and sellers.

“Our products put agents in control of their businesses by bringing all their software together in one place. Being part of the Coadjute platform takes connectivity a stage further and utilises the latest tech to improve the efficiency of the home buying process.”
