A raid of an illegal marijuana grow in western Fremont County resulted in drugs with a street value of $2.5 million being seized, according to the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office
In a press release Monday, the sheriff’s office stated that the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and deputies raided the illegal pot grow and an extraction lab on May 26.
Deputies reportedly seized more than 500 marijuana plants, 75 pounds of processed marijuana product, two firearms and a hash oil extraction system.
Fremont County Sheriff Allen Cooper said the investigation is ongoing and no further information is available at this time.
