WORCESTER — A Lowell man was arrested Friday morning for the theft of cigarettes from a JK Mart/Dunkin store on Chandler Street.
Chris Goodman, 30, arrested after police identified him through surveillance video footage taking several cartons of cigarettes from the store. At 4:45 a.m. police found the front entrance of the store had been smashed by a concrete brick.
Goodman was found at 6 a.m. in front of 766 Main St.
He was charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony, larceny from a building and vandalism. He will be arraigned at a later date in Central District Court in Worcester.
