Keypoint Intelligence of Fairfield on Monday said effective May 1, Mack Brothers is the company’s new president and chief executive officer.
Brothers brings 30 years of research and advisory expertise to Keypoint, helping organizations navigate the business impact of evolving technology and increased customer expectations. His responsibilities will include the development, refinement and execution of the company’s overall strategy and growth initiatives.

Brothers
Prior to joining Keypoint Intelligence, Brothers served as chief product officer at Forrester Research, a market-leading technology research and advisory firm based in Cambridge, Mass. As a global product and consulting leader and member of the executive team at Forrester, Brothers was responsible for driving the growth of the corporate portfolio of product offerings in syndicated research, data and analytics, events and consulting.
Prior to that, he served as vice president of industry services and consulting for IHS (now IHSMarkit), where he led the global consulting team for the economics and country risk service line. Additionally, at IHS he simultaneously led the syndicated research teams and products focused on incubating the next large core markets, including life sciences, transportation, automotive, aerospace, industrial manufacturing and construction.
