Eamonn Holmes stunned This Morning viewers by admitting to regularly flouting lockdown rules.
During a discussion on why we shouldn’t be spoiling our dogs too much, Eamonn made what he thought was a throwaway comment, when he said: “I normally walk my dog two to three times a day.”
The Government guidance is that we go out once a day for exercise and wife and This Morning co-host Ruth Langsford’s face was a picture as the words came out of Eamonn’s mouth, with her telling him: “You know you’re not allowed out three times a day!”
And, as you’d probably expect, viewers were quick to pick up on his confession.

A third posted: ” @EamonnHolmes landed himself in it haha,” but, siding with Eamonn, a fellow dog owner tweeted: “It would be cruel 2 not take your dog out 2/3 @ THE VERY LEAST times a day.Seriously guys??? Your not really starting this nonsense!
