17 New Cases Confirmed In WA Today

Our biggest daily increase to date has been recorded today.

Western Australia has recorded 17 more coronavirus cases, bringing the state’s total to 52 a 148% increase in one day.

The new cases recorded reportedly are 10 men and 7 women aged between their 20s and 70s.

Australia overall has seen an increase from 567 to now 700 in one day across the country.

As we mentioned in a recent article as the world recorded 200,000 confirmed coronavirus cases – Australia could be on the same path as Italy, Spain and France to have significant increases in confirmed cases in the coming days.

Queensland, however, was hit harder than WA with 50 new coronavirus cases recorded, taking their state’s total to 144. Victoria recorded 28 and now as a total of 149, while New South Wales total is now at 307, which is higher than some countries total.
