Huntersville (N.C.) Hopewell wide receiver Julian Gray committed to NC State moments ago. Gray marks the Wolfpack’s first commit of the 2021 class.
Gray, who clocked a 4.49-second laser-timed 40-yard dash at the Charlotte Opening Regional last spring, chose the Wolfpack over several other scholarship offers, including Duke, Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech.
The three-star prospect had a big junior season, totaling 57 receptions for 1,217 yards (21.4 yards per catch) and nine touchdowns.
