Wasserman added, “Projection: Amy Klobuchar will finish in third place in NH, w/ roughly double the vote shares of Biden/Warren.”

NBC News reported: “In New Hampshire Democratic primary, Joe Biden and Sen. Warren will not reach the 15% threshold statewide and in each congressional district, according to the @NBCNews Decision Desk, meaning they will not receive delegates from the #NHprimary.”
NBC News also confirmed that Sanders was leading in New Hampshire and that Buttigieg and Klobuchar were in second and third place respectively, although the final results still were not official.
