DAYTON
— A man and woman are facing a combined 42 charges for a series of break-ins and thefts from the former Dayton Grand Hotel.
Raven Hunt, 36, and Jeffery Scott Littler, 49, both of Dayton, were indicted Thursday for crimes that spanned from Nov. 11, 2019, through Dec. 16, 2019, at the permanently closed hotel at 11 S. Ludlow St. in downtown Dayton, court documents show.
The most serious charge each faces is engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
A warrant was issued Thursday for the arrest of Hunt, whose arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 6 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

Littler remains in the Montgomery County Jail awaiting his Tuesday arraignment.
Littler also was indicted for: 10 counts of breaking and entering; five counts of theft, four counts of petty theft; and one count each of vandalism and possession of criminal tools.

Hunt also was indicted for: nine counts of receiving stolen property; eight counts of breaking and entering; and one count each of vandalism and possession of criminal tools.
The Dayton Grand Hotel at Third and Ludlow streets in downtown Dayton has been closed since at least December 2016. It opened in 1898 as the Algonquin Hotel with 400 rooms.
