When she went on her weight loss journey, she was candid about changing her diet and exercise regiment to build a body that she was proud of. After they get introduced to a new lifestyle, built around staying active and developing healthier habits, they confront someone who has wronged them in the past.
Khloé Kardashian gets real about baby weight
Though Kardashian had gotten into amazing physical shape in the past, thanks to diet and exercise, she did confess to gaining 40 pounds when she was pregnant with her daughter, True. On the season premiere of Revenge Body, the reality TV star had an honest conversation with her mother, Kris Jenner, about how it felt to have gained baby weight.“I was 203 lbs. when I delivered, which blows my mind. You think you’re going to have a baby and all of it’s going to come out, and then you leave the hospital and you’re like, ‘What is going on? Why do I still have all of this weight?’” Kardashian reminisced.
Though the new mom was focused on her baby, she admitted to feeling a bit overwhelmed by the idea of working out for a while. “My focus is True and just really immersing myself in motherhood. But I completely relate to the daunting thought of, ‘Gosh, now I have to go work out and where do I start?’” Kardashian confessed to her mother. But, it seems as if the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has found her footing once more with diet and exercise. In fact, she recently shared one of her biggest tips for leading a more healthy and active lifestyle.
The age-old adage Kardashian applies to diet and fitness goals
Taking to her Instagram page, Kardashian shared an age-old adage with her 102 million Instagram followers, which she applies to her fitness and diet goals. “Beast mode!! It’s a life style [sic]! No need to wait until the new year. Baby steps everyday! Set small, realistic goals. Once you reach that goal, reward yourself! If you mess up, you have tomorrow to start again. It’s that simple. Don’t set goals that are unrealistic. In the end, that will only get you discouraged and possibly have you give up. Set small goals and praise yourself once you reach that goal. Then set another small goal. You got this!!! Slow and steady! It’s a lifestyle! “ the media personality confessed.
Fans were quick to show Kardashian support for her success thus far.”You really worked hard baby girl! Thumbs up! you look amazing Khloe,❤️” one fan wrote. Other fans found the TV host to be an inspiration for their own personal health goals. “I recently started working out and eating better and this has motivated me to do better,” another fan shared. “I’ve started working out for a few months now and I love it!❤️ thanks to you. I always give it my all at the gym!!” yet another person co-signed. We’re glad to see Kardashian using her platform to encourage people to attack their goals in a sustainable and realistic way.
