Iran State TV says that Tehran launched “tens” of surface-to-surface missiles at Iraq’s Ain Assad Air Base.
The air base is housing for U.S. Troops.
Last week, we told you about Iranian General Qassem Soleimani, who was killed in a U.S. drone strike in Iraq.
In Iran, an estimated 1 million people turned out in Tehran to publicly mourn the Iranian General.
Iran has vowed to avenge his death and Iraq’s parliament has called for American troops to leave Iraq.
