The 43,000-square-foot, four-story building will be at 13509 E. Mansfield Ave., east of CenterPlace Regional Event Center.
The hotel, which will have 92 guest rooms, is expected to open in fall 2020.
The 3-acre site is owned by Centennial Properties, a subsidiary of Cowles Co., which also publishes The Spokesman-Review.
