Terrorist planned previous plot in Cardiff park
The man who killed two people during a terror rampage in London has been revealed as a terrorist who had used a Cardiff park to plot a previous terror attack.
In 2010, Usman Khan was part of a group of radical Islamists who used a series of clandestine meetings in Welsh parks to plot a major pre-Christmas terror attack on the London Stock Exchange.
Yesterday, the 28-year-old convicted terrorist stabbed to death a man and a woman on London Bridge before being shot dead by police. Three others were injured. Live updates here.
