KENNEWICK, Wash. – Kennewick police are on the lookout for a white Hyundai Elantra in connection with a Sunday evening incident where a man’s car windows were shot out while driving on Columbia Center Boulevard.

Police say the victim was shopping at the Ranch & Home store when he thought he recognized another man and greeted him.

However, the victim reportedly told police he was mistaken and didn’t know the man. Police say they believe some sort of altercation ensued between the two men.

Later, the victim left the store, and as he was driving away from the store, his back windows were shot out. The victim’s car stopped  near Sunnyvale Drive and West Clearwater Avenue.

No injuries were reported. Judging by the damage, police believe the suspect used a BB gun.
