UPDATE:
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) — Richmond County investigators say the victim in the shooting on Second Ave. Friday night is 18-year-old Bruce Wesby.
The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office originally told us the victim was 16-years-old, but they say they have learned he is actually 18-years-old.
Deputies say his injuries are not life threatening. There is still no information about the suspect.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) — Richmond County deputies are investigating a shooting that left a 16-year-old male injured.
It happened just before 8 o’clock.
The teen told deputies he was walking down Second Avenue and was shot in the back. He was taken to Augusta University Medical Center E.R.
