Chloe Lewis has given birth to her first baby – a little boy.
She announced the happy news in an Instagram post, captioning the sweet shot of her baby’s feet: “Earlier this week our baby boy arrived. We are completely besotted & so so in LOVE”
The 28-year-old TOWIE star and partner Danny Flasher welcomed their little bundle of joy earlier this month, after Chloe went over her due date.
She hinted on October 4 that she’d already given birth when she shared a snap of her and Danny cuddling up on holiday today.
Chloe captioned it: “Still can’t believe we have made a little human… so grateful for you & everything you have brought to my life.
“Thought I’d let you know before my new favourite person comes into the world.”
The brunette beauty first revealed her pregnancy in May when she posted her ultrasound picture on Instagram.
“Half me, half you,” she wrote next to it.
Chloe has excitedly been sharing pictures of her growing bump ever since, revealing to her followers that she loved her baby “so much already”.
But her pregnancy was marred by heartbreak when she learned she had been carrying twins, but one had sadly died in the womb.
She started bleeding in her first trimester, and scan showed two foetuses in the womb – but only one was visible.
“I told [the doctor] about the bleeding and she said that I probably had lost it,” Chloe told OK! magazine in September.
“The doctor did confirm the twins had been identical. That was so sad for me to hear. I kept thinking this one is going to come out and they would have looked exactly the same.”
She said her stockbroker boyfriend Danny was a rock to her after the tragic miscarriage.
“I grieved for about three months. I felt like I had gone into a hole, like I had lost a child. I felt like I had done something wrong because it was my body. Was I going to the gym too much? You start questioning yourself,” she explained.
“It wasn’t until Danny said, ‘Chloe, you’ve got to snap out of this, you’ve got one healthy baby, not everyone gets this.’
“I was supposed to be happy but I was sad because I’d lost one. I was happy some days and sad others. I couldn’t be totally happy. After three months, though, I said to myself, ‘Right, you’ve got to sort yourself out.'”
The reality star, who left The Only Way Is Essex earlier this year “for love”, has also been documenting the changes to her home as she and Danny got ready to meet their first child.
She showed off her brand new crib earlier this month, telling followers: “We are all ready for you little one… After such a wonderful summer with my family, I’ve spent the last weeks getting truly excited about our baby arriving.
“It’s all starting to feel so real!” she went on. “I chose this crib because it’s practical & will keep baby close all through the night, will make those night feeds much easier.”
Chloe and Danny first started dating in 2017 and went public with their romance on Valentine’s Day.
She was previously in a long-term relationship with TOWIE co-star Jake Hall, but split from him in April 2016.
Jake went on to find love with Real Housewives of Cheshire star Misse Beqiri.
Congratulations, Chloe and Danny!
