Pittsburgh Police said they are investigating after three people died and four were hospitalized after a medical event reported early Sunday.Five victims were found inside an apartment, one in an elevator and another was found at 26th and Carson Streets.Police were at South Side Works City Apartments on Tunnel Boulevard around 7 a.m. and said each victim was wearing orange wrist bands.The conditions of the victims in the hospital range from serious to critical.Authorities said one of the victims called 911 around 2 a.m.Investigators tested the air quality of the area and have ruled it out as a possible cause of the medical event.Anyone who knows about or attended a party where guests were given orange wrists, police ask that you call them at (412) 323-7141.
