USC vs. Utah score: Live game updates, highlights, college football scores, full coverage

What would Week 4 be without a little #Pac12AfterDark on a Friday to get things kicked off before Saturday’s action? No. 10 Utah and USC are squaring off in an early-season conference battle with important Pac-12 South implications.

The big story tonight has been the injury to Trojans quarterback Kedon Slovis. The freshman took a brutal hit on the USC’s’ first possession of the game and was taken into the locker room. He was replaced by backup Matt Fink, who threw two big-time touchdown passes on his first possessions leading the offense. Initially, USC’s wideouts were burning Utah’s defensive backs on deep throws, but the Utes have since settled on that side of the ball as we enter halftime with the Trojans leading 14-10.

USC isn’t the only team with a potentially big injury. Utes running back Zack Moss left the game as well, and is being evaluated with an apparent shoulder injury. Utah’s offense has struggled without him as USC continues to get great pressure up front along the line of scrimmage. Both teams have been penalty-riddled as well, combining for 15 flags.

Thanks for stopping by.
