The Baltimore County Fire department has reported an explosion at the McDonogh School campus in Owings Mills.At this time injuries have been reported. Officials report an explosion of the top of the smoke tower with two adult patients with non life-threatening conditions at this time.In a letter to parents, McDonogh officials have said:”There was a explosion in the boiler room and the top portion of the smokestack crumbled to the ground. All students are accounted for. We will send an update shortly.”Officials encourage people to avoid the area of McDonogh Road as numerous fire departments are responding. 11 News will have updated as soon as they are available.
