Good morning Londoners and happy Friday.
We are now in touching distance of the weekend and then it is two whole days of doing whatever you like.
Yesterday saw some of the highest temperatures in recent years, but the UK record is still standing at 38.5 degrees celcius which was seen in Faversham in August 2003.
Cambridge saw the highest temperature yesterday in the UK with a cool 38.1 degrees celcius.
In London Kew Gardens and Heathrow both were top reaching 37.9 degrees celcius.
