Showers and thunderstorms will track along a cold front moving through the state tonight. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is posted for the southern half of the viewing area through 10 PM.
Each round could produce strong winds, some hail, frequent lightning, locally heavy rainfall.
Some storms may continue through Sunday, although they will be more scattered.
Although still humid by Summer standards, it won’t be as oppressively tropical as the last week.
Temperatures will be better, as well for the next several days.
