23 people are either confirmed or presumed dead after a fire at the Kyoto animation studio in Japan.
According to Japanese fire officials, 36 others have been injured, some of those critically. The fire is said to have started after a man burst into the building and poured an unidentified liquid and set off the blaze. The suspect is among those injured.
Right now the fire is out, and firefighters are searching or anyone left behind.
