Women's World Cup watchers chant 'F--- Trump' during Fox News segment from France

As a Fox News reporter was reporting from a sports bar in France after the United States won the FIFA’s Women’s World Cup, watchers in the bar began to chant “F— Trump!”

Greg Palkot was reporting how they moved inside the bar when the crowd began the chant.

“History has just been made. We are here in a sports bar in Lyon, France. We’re in a sports bar. We were going to be outside, we were going to be looking at a screen with the football game there, but in fact that game was canceled by the officials because they were worried about security measures,” Palkot reported.

Palkot at first was going to let viewers hear what the crowd was chanting, but then stopped after it became apparent what they were saying.

The U.S. women’s soccer team won the Women’s World Cup final Sunday after defeating the Netherlands 2-0. President Trump tweeted Sunday afternoon, “Congratulations to the U.S. Women’s Soccer Team on winning the World Cup! Great and exciting play. America is proud of you all!”

The tournament itself was marked with a feud between player Megan Rapinoe and President Trump, in which Rapinoe claimed she was “not going to the f—— White House” if her team won.

“I am a big fan of the American Team, and Women’s Soccer, but Megan should WIN first before she TALKS! Finish the job!” Trump shot back.
