Lake Health’s next installment of its Cooking for Wellness Series will take place 6 to 7 p.m., July 23, at the Brunner Sanden Deitrick Wellness Campus, 8655 Market St. in Mentor.
Lake Health registered dietitian Melinda Wivell will discuss how to prepare mouthwatering marinades, without all the sugar and additives, while making a chicken and balsamic peach skillet, according to a news release.
