AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT)– Deputies on scene confirm the crash involved two cars and injured three people.
Pine Log Road is blocked off about a mile from the wreck, deputies are re-directing traffic.
No word yet on the victims’ conditions.
South Carolina Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.

AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT)– A car went up in flames after a head-on collision on Pine Log Road. Multiple people are injured and at least one person is reported to be trapped, according to Aiken County dispatch.
The crash happened at 8:30 Saturday night on Pine Log Road at Kim Court.
EMS and Langley Fire Department are on their way to the scene.
News 12 also has crew headed to the scene.
