The mother of three young children murdered by babysitter David McGreavy says their killer has
been released from prison.

David McGreavy killed Elsie Urry’s children, Paul Ralph, four, Dawn, two, and nine-month-old Samantha at their home in Worcester in 1973.

In December, it emerged McGreavy had been cleared for release from prison.

Speaking to BBC Hereford and Worcester Ms Urry said she found out about the release this morning from her victim support officer.

She said she felt “terrible”.

“All she’s told me is that he’s been released, he’s got a tag, and he’s got to abide by certain rules that they’ve give him – other than that I don’t really know”.

“It’s still not fair that he’s been released for what he’s done.”
